Meet the Staff

Alyce Briley, Assistant Administrator

Staff3

I am Alyce Briley, the current assistant administrator at Woodland Heights.  Though I have held many positions within this community over the seven years I have been employed here, my present position allows me to focus on assisting the Woodland Heights residents and ensuring it operates at its best.  I have worked for many other companies, but Woodland Heights offers the best of my experiences.  The fact that I find the residents, employees, and atmosphere wonderful drives my desire to help develop this community to its full potential along with the other members of the staff.  And with over twenty years of experience in AR/AP, customer service, and management, I feel I am a great asset to the Woodland Heights team and completely enjoy being apart of the family.

My family outside of Woodland Heights includes my beautiful daughter, Ebony.  She is one of God's greatest gifts to me.  Along with being a single parent to her, I am a senior at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, pursuing a BA in accounting.  I was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society for Adult Learners and earned a certificate from Broadway School of Real Estate.

When I am not working, parenting, or learning, I enjoy traveling, reading books and volunteer work.  I am an active member of St. Mark Baptist Church and have taught Sunday School for over eight years.

Beth Ward, Public Relations

Staff4

I'm Beth Ward, the public relations consultant for Woodland Heights. Many of you may recognize me from my thirty years of work for KARK-TV and KTHV-TV. Though I’ve retired from broadcast journalism, you’ll still see me doing commercials and other public relations work, including promoting the fantastic community of Woodland Heights.  I plan to be busy representing Woodland Heights on radio, television, print and public appearances at events throughout the state.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, Charles Haynie, who I have four children with. Though balancing family and work makes for a busy lifestyle, I look forward to doing my best to ensure Woodland Heights reaches new levels.

I'm married with three children.  In my leisure time, I like to read and attend various sporting events.

B.J. Treadway, Senior Receptionist

Staff3

I am B.J. Treadway, Senior Receptionist at Woodland Heights.  I have been part of the Woodland Heights family for four years.  I've been told my smile and laugh are some of my best qualities.  I am the first staff member each  morning the residents speak to when I do their morning call.  I try to start their day with a friendly, "Good morning how are you doing today?"  This morning check-up and chat is one of the many wonderful touches we provide to our residents.  I value each one of them so much that it's what I like most about working at Woodland Heights.

I was born in Russellville and moved with my family to Little Rock when I was a high school freshman.  I have a son, Larry two grandsons and one great-granddaughter.  In my spare time, I love shopping and traveling.
